Event Spaces
The event space on the fifth floor offers a magnificent view of Stockholm and City Hall. With floor-to-ceiling windows, it provides a fantastic amount of light. This versatile event space is a place that complements different types of events. You can arrange everything from mingling and company parties to social events, press conferences or use as an extra exhibition area.
The unique corner area includes a large bar counter with adjustable lighting, it is possible to set a stage and the room can be furnished based on your wishes. The event space Bar 5 is included when you rent the Congress Hall (A1-A4)
With multiple conference rooms available all offering slightly different combinations, this is typical of what you can achieve.
This combination of two conference rooms is located on the ground floor and creates 78 square meters of space. Up to 65 people can fit here and the room can be furnished according to your wishes. Thanks to the large windows, the room receives plenty of daylight, but can also be completely darkened if necessary.

A flexible combination of the Congress Hall consisting of section A1 on the fourth floor and the multifunctional area just outside the venue. With over 2,100 square metres of floor space and an impressive 15+ metre ceiling height, an incredible space is created that allows even the largest exhibitions to take place. You can even bring cars.
The venue is suitable for product presentations, annual meetings, fairs, gala dinners, congresses and other events. The large windows make the venue unique with a fantastic panoramic view of Riddarfjärden and the City Hall. Another big advantage – the venue is equipped with high-quality technical solutions for sound, light – and stage systems that will ensure that your event is perfectly arranged.
The bright and spacious multifunctional surface M1 has many uses and is suitable for coffee breaks, lunches, exhibition area, meeting area or registration area. Between the premises there is a movable wall that can be opened up and creates an even larger surface, suitable for fairs, sports events, galas, banquets and mingling.Â
With 3,000 seats, Kongresshallen is the largest venue on the Stockholm Waterfront. It spans three floors with sections and stands arranged in ascending rows and sectional solutions for walls and floors.Â
Flexibility is the watchword – with a sliding lower section, some of the seat rows can be easily removed to expand the floor space by an additional 1,200 sq m. To get a larger presentation area or to accommodate a large stage. It is even possible to organize a car show here.

The airy conference hall, located on the ground floor of Stockholm Waterfront, has high ceilings and superior acoustics. With over 580 sqm of floor space, it is a perfect place for conferences, lectures, product presentations, exhibitions, and dinners. The conference hall can be divided into two, three or four sections, has space for one stage and is equipped with modern technology. The furnishing is flexible and can accommodate up to 500 people in theatre seating. A bright and spacious foyer is directly outside the premises, suitable for coffee, small exhibitions, or mingling areas.
Standard equipment included:Â The hall has six fixed projectors 16:9 HD and screens, stage lighting, stage, active speakers, dimmable lights and spotlights, sound mixer (included when a technician is booked), two microphones, and Wi-Fi. Other technology is available on request.
