A unique, multi-course tasting menu experience.
Guests can choose their adventure when dining at Chicago’s temple to high cuisine, Alinea. The Gallery, the first floor main dining space, is meant for the full 16- to 18-course tasting experience, while the Salon offers a slightly abbreviated tasting, at 10 or so courses. For the full in-your-face experience, head to the intimate, private Kitchen Table, which offers parties a glimpse into the three Michelin-star mad genius of chef Grant Achatz.
