Since opening in 2008, Kings Place has established itself as an award-winning conference and events space providing all catering, AV and production services in-house for a variety of events from a large scale conference to drinks receptions, boardroom meetings, private dinners and Christmas parties. The revenue generated from venue hire under the Kings Place Events brand also contributes to the Kings Place artistic programme.

Event Spaces
A tiered fixed seat auditorium for up to 400 delegates featuring state-of-the-art AV, sound and lighting technology.
This is the largest single space in the venue and has access to a spacious green room and individual changing rooms. Technical management is provided from the tech booth at the back of the auditorium. Registration takes place outside the room with catering and break-out spaces within easy reach.
Hall One boasts excellent acoustics as it is used as a performance space as well as a conference venue. The space includes balcony level seating and retains an intimate atmosphere during events, the wood from one oak tree was used to construct the space.
Ideal for events of up to 200 delegates, Hall Two is a studio-style conference space with a number of flexible seating options. The room has a wooden floor and wall panels, removable seating and a large stage. Production is controlled from a built in sound-proofed glass technical booth.
This space is located on the -2 level of the building; catering can be served inside the room or in the Music Foyer by which the space is entered. Hall Two can be used for several events and can host up to 200 delegates theatre style, 100 cabaret, and 160 for a dinner or 250 standing.
A stunning space flooded with natural light, the Battlebridge room is one of our most popular venue options for a wide range of events. Located on the ground floor, the space can be split into two sections making this a super flexible and functional space whilst benefiting from luxurious touches of copper, marble and light wood.
The space boasts a private, covered terrace overlooking the Regent’s Canal, making it a perfect space for entertaining, from corporate dinners and networking receptions to summer BBQs and wedding celebrations.
This space was refurbished in the summer of 2018; significant highlights included the addition of coloured lighting options to the pillars, a wooden dancing area and a larger bar area in the room.
This modern space has wooden floors and LED changeable colour wash lighting. Suitable for smaller conferences but conveniently located close to Hall One and Hall Two, it is also an ideal breakout room.
The room has excellent acoustics for presentations, meetings, small conferences, dinners and drinks receptions. White walls make the St Pancras room a fantastic ‘blank canvas’ space that can be easily branded.
These spaces are used for catering and exhibition for clients using our larger spaces of Hall One and Hall Two.
They have a light, airy feel where delegates can enjoy the seasonal changing exhibitions of sculptures and art on display. The Kings Place Gallery and Music Foyer also offer an impactful option to make the most of the many branding opportunities available in these spaces.
They are very flexible whether it’s to host lunchtime catering from our food stalls menu or an evening drinks and bowl food reception after your daytime conference.
