The MICE Destination HUB doesn’t just keep all your events on track, it can even suggest ideas for you, before we get your brief!
Once you submit an event enquiry, you gain access to your bespoke MICE Destination HUB, which has everything you need conveniently in one place. The more you book with us, the more our AI understands your needs. Our clever algorithms and Destination Experts will update the HUB regularly with tailored venue and supplier suggestions, whilst our Account Managers and Event Managers will add event next steps, final information and useful post event analytics. It’s the only place you need to go for all your event information!Â
Features
Once you send us an event enquiry, we create a live venue proposal. This is a web-based proposal that develops as our discussions do.
All proposals feature:
- Venue availability details
- All supplier information
- Negotiated supplier quotes
- High res images for you to use in publicity
- Location information
- Direct messaging functionality
Once you have booked an event with us, you’ll find it in the upcoming events section of the HUB. This is where you can find any requests for final information, where you can submit queries and where we’ll update you on any critical event information.

- Travel information and advice

Once your event has taken place, you’ll find it in the previous events section of the HUB. This is useful when‌ you need to review and compare your events.

All HUBs include tailored venue and supplier suggestions based on your typical event requirements and previous enquiries/bookings. The AI algorithms and our (human)Â Destination Experts will update these suggestions regularly, giving you exciting ideas ahead of your next event.Â
We work closely with event suppliers all over the world, which allows us to offer regular discounts and special offers. We understand our clients’ needs and will share any offers that we think are appropriate for you on your HUB.
The HUB gives you a way to communicate directly with your Account Manager.Â

You can request final event information or submit any briefs directly to your Account Manager through the HUB, as well as booking 1-2-1 meetings using the live calendar function.
All the HUBs are secure and are captcha encrypted. We can create bespoke passwords for your HUB for you and your team and you can determine the required level of access. For example, if you need to hide event financial information from certain team members, you can. Or if you want specific team members to only access the details of events in their remit, we can do that too.
