Everything in the bedroom is of a premium quality from the fluffy robes, dyson hairdryers, glass and china wear to the ginormous comfy bed!
The bathroom is impeccable with premium toileteries, a huge bath with complimentary bath salts, the biggest most powerful shower head I have ever seen and an electronic controlled bidet toilet.
The views looking over lake Lucerne are second to none and the hotel bedrooms have giant windows to make the most of the view. The bedrooms are also some of the biggest I’ve seen in Europe!

The hotel offers a gym with sauna a spa treatment area. The hotel also has several restaurant including a michelin starred restaurant and a show kitchen style restaurant that seats 8 for an ultra vip experience.

Yes, the property has several small meeting rooms and event space for up to 150 people. The hotel also has two suites with roof terraces, perfect for small intimate gatherings.
Any standout surprises that made your stay sparkle?
The service level deserves a huge mention, the staff are super attentive and the remember most guests names which is rare in a hotel of this size. They also have a fantastic turn down service for the rooms where robes and slippers are laid out ready for bed time as is a drink next to your bed and you toothbrush and paste in the bathroom. Once you arrive back in your bedroom, you don’t need to think about a thing. True five star service!

A lot of things. The hotel has thought about every detail in it’s design, everything is of a premium quality, the star provide a service level that is second to none. And the food… well wow! I had the best french toast I have ever tasted for breakfast this morning. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true five star experience, and if you stay, you must try the french toast!!!
