The Sky Garden, located on top of the iconic Walkie Talkie Skyscraper in London, is not just any event venue. It has gained fame for a reason – it’s the building that had the power to melt cars!
Thanks to its unique concave design and mirrored glass, the sun’s rays were focused and intensified, resulting in the unfortunate melting of metal panels and wing mirrors of the cars below. However, rest assured that since the infamous incident in 2014, the building has been equipped with shading to ensure the safety of the streets below!
