Chefs Table at the Dorchester

A glimpse into the bustling hub of The Dorchester kitchens.
Take a seat at the Chef’s Table and watch the theatre unfold in The Dorchester kitchens. Throughout the decades this has been a showcase for the world’s legendary chefs. This is where the magic happens.
The glass wall can be transparent for a behind-the-scenes view into the kitchen, or opaque for dining in complete privacy.
Set in the heart of our amazingly refurbished main kitchens, our Chefs table, decorated in rich walnut panelling can seat up to 12 guests around an oval glass table. A glass wall will allow your guests to view all of the action in the kitchen and interact with our senior culinary team throughout your experience. This glass wall can be fogged at the flick of a switch giving you complete privacy should you wish.
Also connected to the Chef’s table is our stunning wine vault which houses some of our most celebrated wines and Champagnes in a perfectly controlled environment. The wine vault is perfect for a wine tasting, pre-lunch/dinner reception or a brief interlude during your experience where our master Sommelier can guide you through a tasting experience tailored to your guests.
A bespoke 5 course tasting menu with our executive chef starts from £230.00 per person with estimated beverage spend from £185.00 per person for a champagne reception and wine
You will have access to the space between 18:00 – 00:00
In order to secure the space, we ask for a minimum food and beverage spend of £3’000.00.
A room hire supplement will be added to any bookings that are unable to meet this minimum spend.
Room hire and menu costs include VAT at the prevailing rate. A discretionary 15% service charge will be added to your final invoice
A 45-minute wine tasting experience can be added onto your celebrations from £120.00 per person to include a bespoke consultation prior to the event with our master sommelier and a glass of champagne on arrival.

With two spectacular private dining rooms, semi-secluded areas, two striking bars and an impressive stage, Quaglino’s is an ideal venue to accommodate any event with a wow factor in the heart of the West End.
Quaglino’s has two private dining rooms which offer a versatile range of options for your party. The Prince of Wales room seats up to 40 guests and for a smaller affair, the Giovanni Room seats up to 14 guests.

Large arched windows, high stone ceilings and elegant interiors provide the perfect backdrop to Michelin star Galvin La Chapelle’s traditional yet modern French menu, moments away from Liverpool Street station.
Suspended above the restaurant, on our mezzanine, the Gallery at Galvin La Chapelle enjoys the atmosphere of the restaurant below, whilst remaining private.
Michelin-starred Chef Patron Jeff Galvin has created a selection of set menus alongside our Head Chef Arturo Granto which feature French dishes with modern twist. The restaurant’s team of sommeliers are on hand to recommend wine pairings.
